Steps
• The first step is meeting with you to discuss your leadership experiences, goals, challenges, successes. What do you want to get out of this process?
• We then gather relevant data – e.g.: working context, confidential/grouped input from your team, performance results, 360/staff feedback, psychological and leadership assessments, hands-on in-baskets – to build an in-depth profile report.
• You and Elizabeth will then meet to discuss your results in depth, discuss questions, implications, and suggested next steps.
